What is it?
A collection of databases with every kind of information you could possibly need. Now, this doesn’t cover all the information a private detective would need, but what it does is excellent. If you want to be a serious investigator, you’d need other sources (for example, a reverse phone lookup tool) to combine it with, but if all you want is to be able to research the past of a specific individual, then this is perfect for you. Take a look and you’ll see they have a huge list of databases that they grant access to, a lot more than you’ll probably ever need. It’s actually a little overwhelming, but the price is certainly good!
What does it offer?
Access to about a hundred different databases, more than any other service offers in one place. It’s amazingly convenient, and gives you everything you need to look up just about anything from someones past. The only catch is, that it doesn’t really cover the present. The records are updated regularly, but they won’t be up to the minute accurate, and certainly don’t provide everything you need. For a more complete toolbox, look at something like Intelligator – not having that extra functionality is what takes this down to 4 stars, but otherwise I would give it a full 5 for it’s great coverage.

What does it cost?
An astonishingly low one-time only $19.99. This is seriously impressive – unlimited access for a one-time fee is almost unheard of, and the price is impressively low. I give this five stars – even if you’re not a professional detective, it’s such a useful tool that at this price, there’s no reason not to get it.

And in conclusion…
This is the best background search tool I could find, combining low cost with amazing functionality, and is well worth getting. However, a professional private investigator would also require some other tools, since this doesn’t offer anything besides the background search. You won’t regret buying it, and will probably use it regularly, just to look up peoples past for fun (or to check out your date!), but it’s not as complete as it could be.
